Highland Rolling Papers Since 1979
Highland Rolling Papers were established in Scotland in 1979 by the Pot & Pan company. Their flagship rolling papers, Highland Decadence rolling papers, are 92% rice paper with Arabic gum and measure 125mm x 37mm. You get 40 Highland large rolling papers per pack of Decadence. The packets also come in a range of different colours.
The other three Highland rolling papers available on EDIT, including their Double Decadence, Cosmic and Highland Headquarter papers, all come with a supply of roach tips attached to the packet.
The Highland Double Decadence rolling papers are medium weight and a fair bit longer than ordinary King Size Slim papers. On the front of the pouch is a perforated strip of roach material, each and every one containing a different message, such as a famous quote or profound saying, or even just something vaguely related to the art of rolling. The Highland Double Decadence rolling paper measures in at 125mm x 37mm and you get 45 Highland rolling papers per pack.
The Highland Cosmic rolling papers are lighter than the Double Decadence, though the same size at 125mm x 37mm. There is a huge amount of perforated roach material which is all emblazoned with information on the Zodiac and all its signs. Again, the Highland Cosmic range features 45 leaves.
The Highland Headquarter rolling papers also has 45 leaves per pack, and are the same length as the others at 125mm, but at 44mm wide they are a fair bit wider for when you need an extra chunky roll. The attached roach material features a print of a nice policewoman, who will slowly (as you tear the strips of roach off) remove her outer and under garments until her nakedness is complete.
