Notting Hill Carnival 2003

The Carnival is truly a national event despite it being seen as a Notting Hill Carnival. It is the largest arts festival in Europe that is growing from it distinctive Trinidadian roots into a truly diverse festival representative of the multi-cultural and multi-racial society of the nation. In recognition of the relevance that Carnival and mas bands have to British culture, London Arts is a major sponsor and supporter of the event. Notting Hill 2002 saw the launch of Everyonedoesit.com and carnival goers were queuing up to have themselves pictured with our giant leaves! Buy a whistle, a bag or Red Stripes and your favourite smoke and pray for good weather!
